# CentProof

> CentProof is a local-first macOS application for importing PDF bank
> and credit-card statements, reconciling balances to the cent, and
> searching financial history with on-device AI.  Statements, ledger,
> AI prompts, and exports never leave the user's Mac — there is no
> cloud sync and the app never asks for bank credentials.

CentProof is built and sold by Java Mantra Corp.  It is distributed
as a signed, Apple-notarised macOS .dmg downloaded directly from
centproof.com (no App Store).  Requires macOS 13 Ventura or later
on Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, or M4).  Intel Macs and Windows are
not supported.

Pricing (USD): Free Test Mode for trial imports; Pro Lifetime $49
one-time (3 Macs, 12 months of feature updates included); Pro
Monthly $5/mo (1 Mac, cancel anytime).  A launch-window coupon
drops Lifetime to $30 for the first ~30 days after public launch.
Purchase + license keys are handled by LemonSqueezy as merchant of
record, with a 30-day no-questions refund policy.
